Abstrac
The aim of the study was to give a suggested unit for acquisition the designand evaluative skills of educational software for educational trainer whospecialized in educational technology at the Islamic University in Gaza.The main question of the study was:what is the suggested unit to acquire the skills of design and evaluatingeducational software for educational trainer who specialized in educationaltechnology at the Islamic University in Gaza?There are other sub-questions to be answered such as:1.
What skills of design educational software should be available to theeducational trainer who specialized in educational technology?2.
What skills of evaluating educational software should be available tothe educational trainer who specialized in educational technology?3.
What is the suggested unit for acquisition the skills of design andevaluative educational software for educational trainer whospecialized in educational technology?4.
Are there statistically significant differences in the level of scientificknowledge for design the educational software on the sample of trainers before and after testing?5.
Are there statistically significant differences in the level of scientificskill to evaluate the educational software on the sample of studentsbefore and after testing?To achieve the objectives of this study, the researcher used the formativemethod to build the educational unit and the test, also the researcher usedthe experimental method to know the effect of acquiring the skills of evaluating educational software on the study’s sample which consist of 26female student from the third level, specialization Applied Science andeducational technology at the Islamic University of Gaza, and to reach theresults of the study, the researcher prepared these instruments :
1.
Design test to measure the level of scientific knowledge for design skillsof educational software, and test is formed of 30 questions.
2.
Evaluative card to measure the level of scientific knowledge forevaluating the educational software skills and the card is consist of 43paragraph.
The researcher used the appropriate statistical methods to analyze resultssuch as: averages and standard deviations, (T-test) for two linked and equal
